Facilitation + Retreats

Does your team have new members or a new leader? Are you looking for the reset button on team dynamics or organizational culture?
Is it time for your team to shift from reporting-out to offering strategic leadership?

Krista facilitates retreats to build team solidarity, establish mutual expectations, and launch your team into the future.

When brainstorming or solving a complex problem, Krista ensures the process is inclusive of varied personality types, creates actionable results, and happens at a pace that allows everyone to be involved without burning out.

“Krista is the first facilitator I’ve met who is both likable and can keep us on track.”

— Federal client, after six months of facilitated virtual meetings

Coaching + Thought Partnership

Resource managers and non-profit leaders need a coach who understands the challenges of the workplaces they navigate and the difficult social, political, and changing climate they operate in.

Krista’s compassionate approach to thought partnership leads to innovative practices, adaptive management strategies, and the courage to face the future.

Sustainable Strategic Plans

Organizations—from resource management agencies to small businesses—need a vision that propels them into the future. In a rapidly changing world, strategic plans need to be easily adaptable and always sustainable. Koshka.co can guide you through creating a strategic plan, or teach you the skillset needed to build an actionable plan yourself, so you can adapt it as change happens. With a strategic plan, your organization can take charge of its direction for the next 3-5 years.

A Note from Krista

Nature is the source of inspiration and purpose in my career. My home is in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, where I spend at least an hour of every day outside, 365 days a year. I help resource management agencies and ecologically minded businesses navigate the often harsh realities of protecting this big blue rock we all inhabit. I have more than a decade of experience creating useful learning materials for higher education and teaching communication. I ensure that every client, regardless of why they’ve engaged with me, understands why the processes we are using work and can take that knowledge with them. I spent the past five years specializing in strategic planning and supporting leadership teams through change.

Stories of human development and resilience inspired me to study history at the University of California, Berkeley. I have worked with Silicon Valley tech start-ups, family-owned businesses, and National Parks around the country. Disrupters have a special place in my heart. I love to work with the people and organizations who refuse to accept the adage, “That’s just how things are,” and dare to believe in change.
